Papaya coconut parfait


After the avocado and the mango, it is now time for the papaya to figurate in an easy and surprising recipe that wil delight your guests.


  • 1 papaya
  • 1 banana
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 150 ml yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons fluid honey


  • peel the banana and the papaya and cut them roughly.
  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix well.
  • Pour into glasses and refrigerate for 2 hours.
