this persimmon smoothie is very easy, tasty and healthy. It is only the second time I use this fruit for a recipe on my blog. But I love it!

This persimmon smoothie is my second persimmon recipe in a short period of time. I used this fruit for the first time a few months ago. Last time, I made a filled persimmon, now I poured the persimmon, … in glasses of famous Belgian beers: Petrus, Mort subite, De Koninck.

Despite this alcoholic product placement 😉 the smoothie itself is free of alcohol and fully healthy.

Ingredients:

  • 2 persimmons
  • 100 gram baby carrots
  • 300 ml almond milk
  • 6 dates

Method:

  • Cut the persimmons roughly, and remove the pits if needed.
  • Also cut the baby carrots and the dates roughly
  • Place everything in the blender and mix it well.
  • Pour it into the glasses of the famous Belgian beers.
