Can the easiest healthy Easter snack with only 4 ingredients still be beaten? Well, I managed with the other half of the cucumber I used for it. Only two additional ingredients, brie and smoked salmon.
Ingredients:
- cucumber
- brie
- smoked salmon
Method:
- Cut the cucumber and the brie into slices, like in the previous recipe.
- Cut the smoked salmon into pieces, and wrap them together.
- Place the brie and the salmon on the cucumber.
