an even more easy Easter snack

easter snack: cucumber - brie - smoked salmon

Can the easiest healthy Easter snack with only 4 ingredients still be beaten? Well, I managed with the other half of the cucumber I used for it. Only two additional ingredients, brie and smoked salmon.

Ingredients:

  • cucumber
  • brie
  • smoked salmon

Method:

  • Cut the cucumber and the brie into slices, like in the previous recipe.
  • Cut the smoked salmon into pieces, and wrap them together.
  • Place the brie and the salmon on the cucumber.
