I made these pork medaillons in 2018, and they became an instant evergreen. My original dutch version of this oven dish became the most popular recipe on the blog in shortest time. It was even picked up by an influencer in 2019 and only grew more popular.

In the category “fish” this oven dish with Pangasius filet is similarly popular as the pork medaillons. Of course you can use many types of fish for it, but the creamy tomato-saffron sauce is really delicious. And the combination with black olives works very well.

I made so many pumpkin recipes, I could make a separate overview with them along. This is one of my recent creations, and I like it very much for its different approach. Use small pumpkins for this recipe to have portions for approximately 2 persons per pumpkin.

In the beginning of this year I was looking for a different approach to use eggplants in the kitchen. This one really surprised me and with the Greek pasta it could easily be a traditional greek dish.

One of my oldest recipes is a melting pot of chocolate and baileys. The doughters of ma sisters go really crazy on this one. It is a calorie bomb, but the combination of chocolate, baileys and almond powder ist just delicious. Baked on the outside, fluid inside. You can have it with ice-cream and maybe also some red fruits.

Is it a tortellini recipe, or a lasagne? It is up to you to decide, but this vegetarian yellow-green tortellini lasagne is really great and surprising.

I made this healthy breakfast cake with fruits, nuts and oatmeal a few weeks ago for my colleagues in the office. We had a whole day workshop, and as a team event we had to bring our lunch ourselves. The goal was that we get interested in each others creations, and exchange experiences and ideas. It worked :-).

Please feel free to give me inspiration and ideas for more 10 times surprising from the oven.
