  • 50 gram cheddar cheese
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 pieces sundried tomatoes in oil
  • oregano
  • pepper

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 400 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon chicken broth

Instructions

  • Chop the zucchini, the red onion and the garlic into pieces.
  • Put them in a bowl for the microwave. Season with pepper, salt and oregano.
  • "Cook" them for 4 minutes in the microwave on 1000 Watt.
  • Meanwhile bring the water with the chicken broth to a boil.
