  • 500 gram potatoes
  • 50 gram butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • rosemary
  • oregano
  • paprika powder


  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes of approximately 1 cm.
  • Preheat the oven at 220°C and grease a baking tray with butter.
  • Steam the potato cubes shortly for about 5 minutes, then spread them over the baking tray.
  • Melt the butter in a pan, and add the spices up to taste.
  • Grease the potato cubes with the melted butter.
  • Bake the potato cubes in the oven for about 30 minutes. Turn them around after 15 minutes and grease with the rest of the melted butter.
