Heat olive oil in a wok-pan and bake the chicken strips until done. Then put them aside.
Meanwhile heat to water for baking the noodles as indicated on the packaging.
Add some oil in the wok-pan and bake the ginger, garlic and onion for a few minutes.
Add the other vegetables, except for the bok choy.
Add the spices and the sauces and bake the vegetables al dente.
Add the bok choy leaves to the noodles a few minutes before they are ready.
When ready, transfer the noodles and the bok choy to the wok-pan with the vegetables. Also add the chicken strips and let the flavors mix for a few minutes.
